To help us with catering, please sign the sheet at the back of church as soon as possible.
Breathe – Wednesday 28 September at 8pm in All Saints. An informal time of worship, prayer and bible study. All welcome.
Ringappeal Quiz Tea A very big thank you to all who supported this event, those who provided such lovely food, and those who helped clear up. Including the small cake stall on Sunday after the 9.45, and some donations the total sum raised was £400. Liz & Chris C.
A huge thank you from Gill Blair for the £255 worth of sponsorship which I received recently in church for my Walk The Chalk - The Chilterns 3 Peaks Challenge. I will be walking the 9 miles & climbing the 3 peaks of Whiteleaf Cross, Coombe Hill & Ivinghoe Beacon on 18 Sept. in aid of Iain Rennie Hospice at Home who helped me care for my husband Bill in the last few weeks of his life. I am hoping to raise a minimum £1,000 for such a worthy local cause. If anyone else is interested in helping, please visit http://www.justgiving.com/Gillian-Blair1C3P11 or see me in church after the event, towards the end of Sept.

On 26 November there will be a concert in the church like the one we held last Christmas. We will be looking for mainly amateur performers who have musical and acting skills. All Saints Church will be open all afternoon that day with free entry to the concert. You can come and go as you please. Although there will be no entry charge your donations to church funds will be welcome. The reason for telling you about the concert this early is for those of you who are learning an instrument or act to practise your skills. Help with refreshments on the day will be welcome. If you would like to perform please call Joe Arthur on HW 534582.
